The Robosuits allows the Universal Robots to operate in harsh environments that unprotected robots cannot. From extremes in temperature, humidity, corrosive atmospheres, sharp metal turnings, cutting fluids and coolants, and particulate (grit, dust and debris) - a Robosuit has your robot covered.

A Robosuit is a conformal fitting cover uniquely designed to protect your Universal Robot, while preserving its full range-of-motion. Simple single axis covers and complete Robosuits help in protecting the robot.  The Robosuit provides the full-articulation capability. 

Over 18-different fabrics, aramids and laminates are used to suit your specific application. Interlocking rings and cuffs ensure that your robot maintains its unique operating characteristics.

Suits are custom-designed and manufactured to meet explicit needs (clean-room, fluid-resistant zippers, or simple hook-and-loop closures).

Protective suits, blast curtains, sleeves, end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), and controller covers tailored to your robot and operating environment can also be provided by Robosuit.

FLUID RESISTANT COVER

The body cover is manufactured from laminated polyester material.  This provides for a water-resistant level of protection. This one piece “sock” design installs one-way by sliding over the robot.  The zig-zag elastic at each end conforms to the robot to hold the cover in place.  They are clean room laundered, HEPA dry and vacuum sealed.

Optional stationary base covers are also available upon request.
