SEEMLESS INSTALATION

The RG2 / RG6 gripper is easy to set up due to the  installation kit that works without any external cables. Any robot movement can be carried out without being concerned about the cable placement. ADAPTIVE GRIPPING

The RG2 / RG2 gripper allows the adjustment of gripping force from 3N to 40N and gripping stroke from 0 mm to 110mm. Hence the RG2 is capable of handle fragile glassware as well as any material upto 2 kg. The RG6 gripper is a flexible electric gripper specially designed for robots from Universal Robots. The higher adjustable force (25N to 120N) enables three times higher payload (6-8 kg) and wider stroke (160 mm), ideal for manufacturers automating the movement of delicate or heavy objects.

FEEDBACK

The RG6 gives feedback of absolute width. Also automatic ‘Lost grip detection’, ‘grip detected’, ‘continuous grip’ and ‘measure_width’ detection eliminate the need to manually program these features making programming fast and easy.

FLEXIBILITY

With the RG2 / RG6 single mounting bracket gripper can be mounted in arbitrary orientation. Enables user to adapt configuration to application, rather than requiring changes to applications. The RG2 / RG6 allows quick finger change. Customized gripper can be mounted for better grip and higher payload.
